The Death of a Golden Woman

The third installment to the famous James Bond franchise, entitled Goldfinger, lost its golden woman in October 2020.

Margaret Nolan played the role of Dink, Bond's masseuse. She was also more famously portrayed as the gold-painted woman in a gold bikini in the title-sequence of the film (although it was often thought that the actress Shirley Eaton was the figure) as well as the advertisements and on the soundtrack cover. She was also famous for playing the casino girl in the Beatles' film, A Hard Day's Night.

Margaret died in London, England at the age of 76. She will forever be remembered as 007's Golden Woman.
