Q: When will my order ship?

We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you place your order by midnight the night before one of these ship days, your order will ship the following business day. For example, if you place an order on Thursday at 11:30 pm, your order will ship Friday. 

Q: If I select FedEx 2nd Day Air for shipping, when will I get my order?

If your order ships on Monday (see: When will my order ship?), your order will arrive on Wednesday. If your order ships on Friday, your order will arrive Tuesday since FedEx does not move mail on the weekends. If you think that your order has been delayed, please contact customer service for assistance.

Q: What is the return policy?

Unopened bags or merchandise, 30 days from receipt are eligible for a refund. Amount of item will be credited back to the original form of payment. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded. We do not accept refunds for opened or used products.

Q: What if my item arrived damaged?

If your item arrived damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Do not pan the material or open the item. If possible, take photos of the damaged item and the box it arrived in and submit to customer service for a replacement.

Q: Is there a guaranteed amount I will recover?

No, there is no guaranteed amount. Since this is real paydirt, every bag is its own adventure. What's the fun in knowing exactly what you will find?

Q: Should I use equipment to process the material?

Call me ol' fashioned but the best way to recover all of your gold is to use a plain old gold pan and pan it a few times. Riffled gold pans are extremely helpful. If you choose to run the material through equipment, be sure to also pan the material as well.

Q: Does Felix really give away gold nuggets?
